We could collect your email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and payment information from this website, phone calls, or email discussions.  This information would be used only by USA Scotts as follows:

• If we have any questions or doubt about your order, we may call you or send you an email to confirm.
• Before we ship or deliver any of our products, we attempt to validate the shipping address using the United States Postal Service address validation systems.  If we cannot validate a shipping address, we may call you or send you an email to confirm and correct the address if needed.
• After the product is picked up for shipment, we will send you an email with the shipment tracking details.  If we have not collected your email address, we typically do not call with the shipment tracking details unless we previously agreed to do so.
• For deliveries, we may call you to coordinate the delivery time, location, etc.

• All other information is kept in our order entry and tracking database, which is kept on a secure server on a protected network.
